Users

Users within Logscape can either be generated manually or obtained via LDAP authentication. Once a user is created it is possible to assign them to a team, via team administration you can limit exposure to Workspaces, Alerts, Data Types and even Data Sources.

Multi-Tenancy

Multi-Tenancy means that multiple teams within your organization can use one Logscape installation without impeding upon each other. Through use of Logscape teams, System Administrators are able to control who has access to what data. You can find out more, as well as examples of how to use Multitenancy in your environment here.

Teams

A team is a group of users with similar data access requirements. Teams across an organisation or geographical locations can be modelled using teams.
